Omega Productions shoots Denice LaSalle and Shirley Brown Television Special

Omega Productions was recently in Greenwood, Mississippi at the Leflore County Civic Center shooting a live concert for Malaco Records artists Shirley Brown and Denise LaSalle. The Blues extravaganza featuring the best hits for both artists was a standing-room-only affair. The award-winning Omega crew was there to capture all the energy and excitement of a special evening with two of the most-revered blues divas in music.

Malaco’s Tommy Couch, Jr. served as Executive Producer along with Jerry Masters, Malaco’s Chief Engineer, who served as Producer. Television Producers were Omega’s Paul and Donna Christensen. Lighting Designer was Andy Ridley, Moonshine Lighting, Memphis, TN. Sel Warren served as Project Video Engineer & EIC. Serving on camera were Mike Filippi, Hand-Held, Dave Wolfe, Steadicam, Don Warren, Jimmy Jib, and Steve Cobb, Fixed.

Rick Moore and Gregg Wallace edited the video at Eyevox in Ridgeland, MS. Steve Lowney served as Remote Recording Engineer, assisted by Mike Williams. Malaco’s Kent Bruce mixed the soundtrack. Geri O’Neil, Stagelight Sound & Lighting, Pelahatchie, Mississippi, was Sound Reinforcement FOH Engineer along with Jim Chambers who provided monitor engineering for the stage. Remote Video Facilities were provided by Harvest Media, Anniston, Alabama. Mobile Audio recording Services (MARS), Dallas, TX, provided remote recording facilities for the soundtrack.
